Patient: If a person lies about there life and has sex wih strangers and hides a drinking habit and gets emotional whilst drunk? Is this a mental condition?

Already Tried: She said she suffered from depression and we went to the doctors and she went on pills,she admitted to a drink problem and went to counciling but continued drinking secretly. I then found out that she has been moving around the country for 6 years meeting guy or girls from dating sites and using the experiences from people she has been with to become her life. She told 1 person she was abused and another that she suffered from cancer. Since moving out she has told people she left because she was being beaten up. Everybody is taken in as she is so convincing but i have spoken to her children who have said she has been like it for about 6 years. When she does move on she continues to meet strangers for sex?? Patient: I am 42 years old and have fair skin, Over the last few years I have really noticed my skin aging severly. I have been out of the sun for several years now, but am seeing damage from years past. YUCK!! A few years ago I went to the dermotologist with bumps or growths( I cant remember the term. he used, but said they were from too much exposure to the sun and that they would dry up eventually and fall off. I have severly dry skin and am constantly using lotions, so would this prevent these growths, from drying up sooner than later? A few have gone away, but I still have a few left not to mention several tiny ones on feet and legs. Is there anyway to speed up the process. It is very embarassing to me and would like to get my skin back to somekind of normal. Putting myself first. Please help if you can. Willing to learn great skin care.

Patient: My son mentioned to me last night that his arms and legs were itchy. Then this morning, the itching persisted, and seems to have increased in intensity. I do not see any signs on his skin like a rash, mosquito bite like welts, or any redness or swelling that might look like scabies. I’d like to figure out what might be causing it, and how to get him some relief. We’ve tried some 1% hydrocortisone ointment, and some topical Benedryl spray – neither of which of worked to his satisfaction.

Patient: I believe I have a rash. I’ve had it since I was 10 years old. That’s when I first noticed it. The rash actually almost went away when I was 19. When I turned 21, I started my own web company in college, so I was under a lot of stress, and the rash got pretty bad. The rash actually started itching and got worse. Patient: I have a rash around my ankles and up the calfs and shins of my leg. I have tried ringworm cream, cortizone cream, nothing seems to work. I had some leftover lamisil pills and i have started taking those also.

Patient: HI I am a 29 year old female, healthy weight and never smoked. In April I noticed a rattle in my chest and my cough (which has been around for years) changed, after an xray I was diagnosed with a mild pneumonic consoldiation in the mid and lower left lung. After oral antibiotics, a follow up xray in June showed a residual opacification, another dose of antibiotics and an xray in August was clear. I had a spirometry test done a couple of weeks ago which was normal and ruled out athsma, My question is I still have a rattle in the left lung when I breathe deeply, especially when lying down and I still cough and produce clear sputum, what could be going on?
